Delivery

All items are posted by Royal Mail second class signed for.

Our made to order items are bespoke, handmade garments which take time to produce. We will do our very best to get your item to you as soon as possible but this will be dependant upon our volume of orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be made and then dispatched.

If you require your item by a particular date, please discuss this with us before placing your order.

Returns - made to order

Due to the nature of made to order items, we are unable to accept refunds unless for any reason the product is faulty. All of our orders are made with attention to detail, inspected and fasteners tested, we are confident you will love your item. However if you do have any problems please do get in contact with us within 14 days of receipt of your item and we will work to resolve this.
